  • Q: “Will I be able to take the birds away?” Yes of course

  • Q: “What is included with the birds?” Nothing is included with the birds. Most people already have runs and houses.

  • Q: “Do you guys offer a refund or exchange?” Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on birds that have been purchased.

  • Q. " I bought an unsexed chick or duckling and its/some are male, can I exchange? No. We will accept the male back if you are unable to keep it but we are unable to offer an exchange or allow money off towards a female. We have a lot of unwanted drakes and cockerels that we have rescued/rehomed & it costs us to feed them.
